I can't believe it's been so long since I have posted anything. I have been so uninterested in blogging...life has been rolling right along I guess and I have not felt much like writing.
Lots of things have happened that may or may not be interesting to anyone.
1. My job was pretty tense for a while...my company is cutting the fat so to speak and some people in my department were let go. It was sad for them, they did not ask for it, and it was NOT job performance related, just the economy catching up with the industry. I survived and actually came out ok, I got moved to first shift which was a blessing. I enjoy being home at night, mowing the lawn as the sun sets, going to my son's ball games...it's good to feel normal after being on 2nd shift for 10 years.
2. I am recovering from a medical pharmacy screw-up that left me in a pretty bad state for a few months. My pharmacy gave me the wrong dosage for a thyroid medication. I was in a bad way for a while until we figured out the mistake. I was given a .025 mg dosage instead of the prescribed .25....thats a big difference...we got it figured out but it was a long few months
3. It's was a long Michigan winter this year....it's still below average temps around here...where the heck is global warming when you need it.
4. Our dog Moki is doing well, we just got one of these invisible fences....it seems to work.
5. My wife and family is great...the kids are growing up so fast. Josh is almost a second grader...I can't believe it. He is such a good kid. He is in baseball which he likes, but he may not be a natural if you get my drift...but he likes it and that is what counts at this age. He is also in cub scouts, he just graduated to a wolf cub...
6. My daughter is 3 almost 4. She is done with her three school this year. She loves school and is looking forward to next year already. She is all girl. There is nothing she likes better than dressing up in pretty dresses and bows...
7. My wife Julie is still working as an RN, she now has her own blog http://www.kyperlady.blogspot.com/ if anyone is interested.
8. And last, the Red Wings are one win away from the Stanley Cup...which is super. After the Tigers and Pistons have been having dissapointing seasons, it's good to always have the Wings.

Yeah for a day schedule with evenings off! Unbelievable how big your children are getting and how fast they are growing.
Yeah that Julie is blogging. I'll mark her site!
Glad they straightened out your medicine
